Overview

Summary:

The Sales Support Analyst will have the responsibility for providing research, analysis, and data support to inform Sales advisory recommendations, benchmarks, and executive decision-making. This role will provide support to our advisory-based solution selling activities, with a good understanding of our entire portfolio of applications.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Researches technology trends, benchmarks, and best practices
  • Supports data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Assists with market analysis, funding research, and comparative studies
  • Produces executive-ready insights and visual summaries
  • Supports continuous improvement of Advisory / OPTIM frameworks
  • Uses manufacturer tools to assist with deal registration, solution modeling and ROI development
  • Keeps well informed on industry changes, participates where possible in organizations directly involved with our prime markets, and continually works to improve sales knowledge
  • Keeps current on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with Director when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately discuss these policies to our customers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in research, analysis, or consulting support roles 
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills 
  • Fluent in the English language (verbal/written)
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related subject
  • Some overlap with U.S. business hours is expected to support real-time collaboration and project cadence
  • 1 - 3 years sales/business experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, challenging environment
  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with high energy, operates with urgency
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
  • Ability to absorb technical information and execute
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Proficient in in 3rd party manufacturer tools, business processes and sales engagement models

Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
