Overview

Summary

The Manager, Partner Marketing Program serves as the lead for communicating cross functionally between Marketing and Alliances on available marketing programs for sponsorship/committment to drive demand generation and pipeline growth within C1. This role collaborates closely with the C1 Alliance Directors and Strategic Alliance Partners with supervisory responsibility and oversight of all Partner Co-Op/MDF claims. This position r leads a team, is self-directed and excels in a remote environment with minimum oversight.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Communicates quarterly marketing programs with Alliance Directors and Strategic Partners; acting as the SME for partner engagement and co-marketing at C1
  • Collaborates with Field Marketing team members to identify partner sponsors for field activity
  • Maintains quarterly marketing plans, by partner, of marketing investments and activity sponsorships; track partner investments
  • Provides support in the development of presentations and reports of partner activity, investments, and results
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for routing C1 generated content, press releases, and case study materials to strategic partners for review/approval
  • Creates a partner speaking bureau for C1 marketing usage for training, enablement, and events that promotes strategic partner content 
  • Supervises the submission of Co-Op/MDF activity/claims in partner portals and funding recognition by C1 Finance

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years partner marketing experience working in technology
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
  • Proficient understanding of demand generation tactics and ability to articulate value proposition in an effort to influence key stakeholders in the commitment of joint go-to-market activity
  • Experience managing programs/projects across cross-functional and virtual teams
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and connect the right people within each organization
  • Competent to make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan with limited guidance
  • Adept project management and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, positive and enthusiastic

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • 2-3 years in a Team Lead or Supervisory role

Pay Range

$102,000 - $150,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
