Overview

Summary

The Sales Enablement Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic sales enablement initiatives. This role serves as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of enablement programs that drive sales performance and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Leads the development, planning, and execution of sales enablement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Develops project plans, sets milestones, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress to ensure successful delivery

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Acts as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align enablement efforts with organizational priorities
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, address challenges, and secure necessary resources

Program Management:

  • Manages the end-to-end implementation of sales enablement programs, including onboarding, training sessions, playbook rollouts, and tool adoption initiatives
  • Ensure all materials and tools are delivered effectively and consistently across regions or teams

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using performance metrics and feedback loops
  • Uses data insights to recommend improvements and enhance future programs

Tool & Technology Management:

  • Oversees the deployment and adoption of sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, content management systems)
  • Ensure proper integration of tools within existing workflows and provide training as needed

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Resolves issues and ensure smooth execution of all initiatives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Brainshark, 6sense)
  • PMP or other project management certifications Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building skills.

Desired/Preferred Qualification

  • Certifications in sales methodologies or enablement strategies (e.g., Command of the Message, MEDDPIC, Challenger)

Pay Range

$70,000 - $90,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
