Overview

Summary

The Director, Web Development and Analytics is focused on driving growth and optimizing performance across C1’s digital platforms. Additionally, this role is responsible for the development and implementation of web programs that support the Demand Generation team drive pipeline growth. The position entails working with a cross-functional team to ensure integration of efforts and alignment with GTM focus areas and strategy.



 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Website Strategy and Optimization:
    • Develops and implements comprehensive website strategies to enhance user experience and engagement
    • Drives traffic growth and improves conversion rates through SEO, content marketing, and performance optimization
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Works closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content Marketing teams to align website content with business priorities and product launches
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure website initiatives support overall business goals and objectives
    • Technical and Content Management:
  • Oversees the technical aspects of the website, including ensuring proper functionality and troubleshooting issues
  • Manages and updates website content to maintain relevance and accuracy
  • Develops and/or content-authored web pages using templates, components, HTML, CSS, and JS
    • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
  • Uses analytics to identify trends, measure success, and make data-driven decisions
  • Headcount and Resource Management:
    • Manages the web team’s headcount and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
    • Ensures that the team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and has the necessary support to perform their roles efficiently

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Lead Web Producer and team lead for coding (html)
  • Conducing functional walkthroughs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, and
  • assisted the development of User Manuals for production teams
  • Excellent Analytical skills to understand the business processes, functionalities, and requirements, translating them to system requirement specifications
  • Experience in managing multiple projects, developing various web projects, and managing various commercial websites
  • Experience Manager). New site launched in January 2019
  • Play a key leadership role in the website refresh.
  • Extensive experience in creating Context Diagram, Business Process Flows, Activity Diagram, Use Cases, and UML Diagrams using various tools like MS Visio.
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing developing programs websites
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to navigating complex organizations and connecting the right people within each organization
  • Ability to articulate value proposition of the Web programs that are developed
  • Ability to think strategically, while staying focused on monitoring the progress of action items and bringing them to conclusion within appropriate time frames
  • Ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders to develop joint go-to-market sales and solution opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to present analysis in an impactful and concise manner
  • Effective multi-tasker with ability to execute on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, while staying focused on overall plan
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient, successful with limited direction, upbeat and enthusiastic
  • Ability to build and assess joint go-to-market plans with large, complex organizations
  • Energetic, proactive self-starter who is highly capable of identifying and executing the necessary steps needed to drive.
  • Proficiency using various applications/tools Agile Methodology, MS Project, MS SharePoint, MS Project Plan, MS Word, MS excel, AEM

Pay Range

$140,000 - $165,000

Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
